1) แผลเป็นหลุม (Atrophic scars)
แนวทางรักษา ได้แก่
• Fractional Erbium:YAG
• Fractional CO₂
• Full-ablative Erbium:YAG
• Full-ablative CO₂
• RF-needling (Microneedling RF)
• Erbium Glass laser
• Thulium laser
• Needling / Subcision
• Filler
• Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL)

2) แผลเป็นนูน / คีลอยด์ (Hypertrophic scars / Keloids)
แนวทางรักษา ได้แก่
• Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL)
• Cryotherapy / Cryo intralesional
• หัตถการเสริม เช่น RF-needling, Plasma (ยกเป็นตัวอย่าง)
• ยา (Medication)

3) การรักษาแผลเป็นระยะเริ่มต้น (Early scar therapy)
แนวทางการดูแลได้แก่
• IPL
• Pulsed Dye Laser
• LED 585–595
• Erbium Glass laser
• Thulium laser
• RF-needling
• ยา (Medication)
• ยาทา/ครีมทา (Topical creams)
• การกดรัด (Compression)
